Job Placement Services

Since 1974, AJOB has placed a number of unemployed and underemployed individuals as well as those who had been on public assistance into jobs. AJOB has established a number of employer contacts over the years and has been very successful at placing individuals into a variety of jobs that pay at least the prevailing minimum wage or higher. AJOB does not charge a fee to employers or job hunters for Job Placement Services.

Who is eligible for these Job Placement Services?

Those participants who qualify for AJOB's federally, state or locally funded programs are eligible for FREE Job Placement Counseling services.  Job Placement Counselors will help them prepare  resume, develop cover letters, make job referrals and provide job hunting tips. Those who are not eligible for Job Placement Counseling services are free to browse the many job listings that AJOB receives daily from employers.
